About the Operations Consulting team

You’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, working with senior client stakeholders to solve their complex business issues from ‘strategy through to execution’. This role will be mainly client-based, may involve international travel and will be focused on leading / supporting complex transformational programmes. Key facets of this role will include:

  • Working closely with staff and Partners to deliver Operational Transformation change projects across our national and international client base 

  • Liaising with other Consulting teams (Strategy, Finance, Technology, Digital, Change, Data & Analytics) to deliver end to end integrated solutions to our clients

  • Maintaining a consistently high and leading edge market profile

  • Contributing to the overall development of our practice, researching and developing new service offerings and producing thought leadership and market insights for our clients

How we have helped our clients:

  • We coordinated the HSE’s supply chain operations in support of the COVID19 vaccine rollout

  • We programme managed the European integration of two market leading consumer brands 

  • We reconfigured the sales & manufacturing planning operations for an Irish Pharmaceutical company

  • We developed the procurement synergy plans in support of a global merger in the entertainment industry

  • We developed the future operating model for a national Insurance company

This role can be based out of our offices in either Dublin or Cork with the option to avail of flexible hybrid working arrangements. In addition, there will also be an opportunity for international travel for global projects.   

Preferred skills

  • Experience of working with companies and / or in consulting roles in one of the competencies outlined above i.e. Transformation, Digital, Project Management, Customer, Supply Chain, Operational Excellence 

  • Supporting projects to deliver results within agreed deadlines and budgets

  • Supporting the delivery of formal and informal reports and presentations

  • Contributing to the preparation and presentation of compelling proposals for new projects or client work
