We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate, entrepreneurial and motivated to own the development of our digital products and product marketing.

Overview of the digital products:

Humatica is looking to significantly improve both existing products and new products in 2022 and as Product Manager you will have the responsibility for driving and delivering these developments. Concerning existing tools, there are two primary software tools in place: altus and modas. We are currently also considering new software tools for development.

Our flagship tool, altus, uses survey data to pinpoint organisational issues within a company and provide actionable feedback to managers across the firm. The result is increased engagement and improved organisational agility.

modas enables smart dimensioning of the organisation for future success. In a turbulent business environment, having the right resources allocated to the right activities is crucial for market success. modas enables resources to be allocated fairly and efficiently within the company.

Your role and responsibilities:

The Product Manager operates independently to drive the development of professional B2B software products in an innovative and challenging industry.

Specifically, the responsibilities of the Product Manager can be summarised as follows:

Expand the digital tool vision

  • Look for opportunities to increase Humatica’s value add and drive growth with new products & services and improvements to the existing offer

Manage product development 

  • Drive the development of existing and new Humatica digital products
  • Build MVPs as required with support of the consulting product development team
  • Review and selecting development partners
  • Manage an external team of near-shore developers and designers to deliver new products and upgrade existing products (if applicable)

Manage the development roadmap

  • Develop a roadmap for existing tools based on the company strategy and vision (i.e.altus, modus, radix, Multi-rater, etc.).
  • Manage a review and approval process for investment in developing new tools (i.e. new product development funnel and product committee review)
  • Manage the Jira sprints, tasks and epics

Drive customer focus for digital/tool improvements

  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their needs and identify market opportunities (i.e. conducting external and internal customer focus groups to gather feedback as input to the design process)
  • Provide product specific consulting support on client projects
  • Systematically gather feedback after projects have been conducted
  • Collect and interpret competitor insights for digital/tool improvements
  • Keep abreast of competitor digital products, and leading and advising on differentiation of Humatica products
  • Ensure quality and integrity of tools/digital products
  • Maintain the underlying databases of the tools together with the consulting product development team
  • Respond to and support rapid resolution of issues that may arise (e.g. analyst queries when projects are running)
  • Manage tool configurations and change management process (Change Management Board) to ensure consistency in tools and processes

Ensure optimal infrastructure, processes and technology are used in projects

  • Continuously review and enhance processes, practices and technologies used to ensure efficient and consistent workflows (for internal team and external clients)
  • Ensure infrastructure is secure and compliant

Ensure consistent and effective product marketing

  • Lead product-specific marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Marketing Manager
  • Work with the marketing manager to ensure all tool developments are effectively leveraged in communications and marketing

Ensure robust documentation and relevant training materials

  • Work with the consulting product development team to ensure product documentation is up to date and highly relevant (e.g. videos, wiki pages, other documentation)
  • Support training development and ensuring they are up to date with the latest developments

Your profile:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience ideally in technology businesses and/or consulting
  • Familiar with agile development methodologies
  • Experience with bridging an internal non-tech team with an external development team would be a plus
  • Minimum 2:1 degree from a top tier university in technology or business studies
  • Strong analytical and structured thinker with a genuine business interest
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across various functional teams
  • Mature, confident, self-starter with excellent communication skills
