• you will complete assignments in a wide range of industries and public sector organisations
• your success will be determined by your ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders
• you will achieve outstanding results in reducing costs, improving performance and managing change
• you will demonstrate sound commercial judgement, excellent communication skills and experience in a significant managerial role.

There is now a need to recruit additional Management Consultants to help complete increasingly complex projects, typically involving major performance improvements in large organisations.  Previous experience as a Management Consultant is not a prerequisite. Instead, we are keen to talk to people who

• have an outstanding educational background (a first class degree from a top university)
• can demonstrate a progressive career
• are intellectually curious and have a track record of working within operations, process or supply chain
• are passionate about solving business challenges and providing insight and expertise
• are self-assured and able to assemble convincing and commercial arguments and to present them persuasively.
