About the Role

The Marketing Executive role will support the FLC marketing team and their stakeholders in the delivery of their marketing strategy, which involves all aspects of the marketing mix. You will report to the EMEA Senior Marketing Manager and work closely with the marketing and BD teams and Executive Assistants within FLC, as well as the broader EMEA corporate marketing and internal communications team. You will often work directly with our client facing teams to deliver marketing activities accordingly.

You will work on a variety of tasks, events and projects including events support, CRM management, collateral development, communications, both internal and external, pitch/proposal materials and key account admin support, as well as more general marketing support duties. You will have a busy, diverse, hands-on-role and will sit within the FLC business team.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively support FLC stakeholders as well as FLC Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Managers in planning and delivering FLC's marketing strategy
  • Help FLC Marketing with campaigns and marketing initiatives as required
  • Support events management for both internal team events and for corporate entertainment
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, proposals, presentations ensuring formatting and branding is in line with company templates and standards
  • Help to maintain contact databases via a CRM database - Salesforce
  • Help with gathering creds and materials to package and send to clients
  • Assist with Digital and website content development for FLC
  • Assist with research, execution and targeting of social media posts, thought leadership and articles for LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Support planning and management of campaigns across segments and geographies
  • Help create compelling and innovative copy options that meets various messaging needs
  • Help with development of bespoke materials for specific audiences e.g. lawyers, financial services sector, energy sector etc.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional or academic experience
  • 2-3 years prior experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Prior experience providing Marketing Team support within a corporate environment, ideally professional services or B2B
  • Demonstrable experience in events management, including online events.
  • Experience in assisting with the creation and co-ordination of collateral both digital and paper based
  • Strong communication abilities, both verbally and in writing and comfortable communicating at all levels of an organisation
  • Experience with using Eloqua (Oracle email marketing) or similar packages
  • Experience with using Salesforce (CRM Sales Cloud) or similar packages
  • Ability to navigate a complex organisation and establish networks, with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time, workload and projects effectively
