Executive Assistant - Business Transformation, Corporate Finance EMEA

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with exceptional all-round EA skills, comfortable executing significant discretion and judgment, working alongside the leadership team in our successful Business Transformation practice.

You will enjoy a full and varied day and a full range of responsibilities that will play to your strengths as an EA, enhance your skills and provide you with an array of opportunities to add to your experience and to build relationships and your network with a variety of senior stakeholders, internal teams and external organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling of meetings, management of calendars, preparation of external / internal correspondence, telephone and visitor screening, travel arrangements, coordination of meetings and booking internal meeting rooms, arranging client or supplier breakfast / lunches / dinners
  • Management of calls, actioning as appropriate
  • Managing expenses and invoices and ensuring prompt submission and payment
  • Preparing and collating internal and external documentation, ensuring formatting is in line with company templates and standards using Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Coordination of sensitive correspondence, reports and analysis
  • Managing contacts on Outlook, maintaining the relationships and communications as required
  • Booking international and local travel for the teams as required
  • Events management
  • General admin and secretarial support to the team where necessary


Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) advantageous
  • PA/Secretarial qualification advantageous


Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to prioritise workload and to deal with multiple parties and requests
  • Ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy, both verbally and in writing with all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to work under time pressure and be available as needed
  • Strong attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills required to maintain collaborative working environment
  • Strong team player
  • Proven ability to work with limited direction
  • Ability to handle confidential issues with utmost sensitivity
  • Strong levels of discretion and integrity
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Work, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce advantageous


Experience:

  • Demonstrable Executive Assistant experience, supporting senior management and a wider team
  • Experience of working with a professional services environment advantageous
  • Events management and/or project management experience
  • Experience with client interface and understanding of client relationships
  • Experience dealing with international time zones
