
Growth Strategy Manager

As a Growth Strategy Manager, you will:
- Help shape the approach to projects, including developing work and team resource plans
- Manage parts of project workstreams or deliverables in client delivery work
- Present to senior clients to validate analysis and share recommendations
- Coach and develop more junior team members in project work
- Own the development of client proposals for new business
- Contribute to developing offerings, assets, capabilities and relevant thought leadership
We are looking for experience in the following areas:

- Able to support assessment of portfolio strategies to identify growth opportunities across markets, customers and products
- Can confidently size opportunities and build investment cases
- Able to contribute to architecting of new customer propositions or business models that unlock identified growth opportunities
- Analytical thinkers: Utilise quantitative and qualitative analytical skills to rigorously interrogate data sets and generate robust and impactful strategic insights
- Innovation practitioners: Knowledge of how to apply innovation tools and techniques such as design thinking to creatively shape solutions that can enable growth strategies
- Pro-active solution finders: Able to take initiative and make things happen with moderate supervision and guidance
- Ambiguity navigators: Comfortable working on difficult issues where there can be no definitive “right” answer
- Multi-taskers: Capable of working on multiple, overlapping tasks in a fast-paced environment
