Our Intelligent Process Excellence consultants are at the forefront of digital process and operations transformation. You will have the opportunity to work across sector, whilst having the scope to shape your career towards a specific capability set or sector as you develop within our organisation.
You will be working alongside some of the industries leading process experts, with a wealth of experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process Mining, Execution Management, and other Intelligent Automation technologies. Delivering through a range of difference methodologies such as Agile Scrum and SAFe.

As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will have the chance to work across a variety of sectors and with a variety of clients. IPE is growing expertise and building capabilities to tackle the biggest questions in:
– Process Excellence – Delivering scalable, real world operational improvements through a data centric approach which leverages the power of Process Mining, Execution Management, Automation and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
– Delivery excellence – Helping clients realise innovative solutions for their process challenges through ideation and our BA capabilities, helping them understand the end-user’s perspective with better accuracy and delivering the value of our process expertise in a way that in an iterative way that brings faster results, through Agile methods.
– Transformation excellence – Leveraging process and delivery excellence, in combination with broader capabilities supports our clients in their transformation journeys. Whether it be creating new business models, optimising business performance through intelligent automation or driving the sustainability agenda, we will work with business executives to achieve business objectives and strategies.
Typical roles our consultants will undertake include:
– Process Owner, Process Consultant, Automation Consultant, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analyst, Delivery Lead.
You may already be a consultant, business analyst or you may be working within a change/continuous improvement team within a large organisation. You will have experience in some, if not all, of the three areas outlined above. We are looking for applicants with the following attributes:
Professional attributes:
Required –
– The ability to map and understand business processes and operations and identify improvements to drive operational efficiency
– A logical, analytical, and structured thinker with strong relationship management and influencing skills – often influencing senior stakeholder groups.
– Analysing and presenting complex processes and data in a logical, structured, and compelling manner
– Managing (senior consultant) and/or delivering (consultant) operations transformation/continuous improvement projects or streams of work
– Managing (senior consultant) and/or delivering (consultant) in small to medium sized teams to deliver tangible positive outcomes
Even better if –
– Understanding and experience of process optimisation tools, techniques and approaches and their application, such as Lean Six Sigma, Process etc…
– A strong awareness and/or experience in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and Process Mining
– Understanding and/or experience of Business Analysis techniques
– Experience of delivering in an Agile / Scaled Agile environment
