About our Capital Projects & Infrastructure team

We are scaling up the Capital Projects & Infrastructure team. Our aim is a great experience for clients at every stage of the infrastructure lifecycle and sustained outcomes for communities. We are aiming to be the leading infrastructure advisor in Ireland and we are building a team of high calibre, purpose led, professionals to reach this goal.

Our services include:

  • Strategic infrastructure planning advice

  • Investment decision support

  • Procurement and delivery options analysis

  • Commercial, financial and strategic advice

  • Tender process strategy, design, management and contract negotiations

  • Programme and project management

  • Project assurance

  • Asset management

  • M&A buy-side and sell-side leadership and advisory

  • Financing, refinancing and restructuring

  • Bid side strategy, structuring, evaluation and transaction support.

Our work involves:

  • Collaborating with public and private sector clients across transport; health; housing; energy and renewables; defence and telecoms

  • Taking an integrated infrastructure approach, advising on the infrastructure lifecycle from feasibility to procurement, delivery and operations, with sustained outcomes across the entire project lifecycle

The candidate:

We have a number of open roles and are looking for people who are passionate about providing financial, M&A advisory, commercial, economic or asset management advice on the delivery of Capital Projects & Infrastructure.

Desired level of experience:

  • Senior Associate: 4 years of experience

  • Manager: 5+ years of experience

  • Senior Manager: 8+ years experience

We’re looking for candidates with:

  • A passion for delivering infrastructure with purpose

  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Collaboration and critical thinking skills

Each role will have their own skills as follows:

1.Infrastructure Financial Advisory:

  • Financial advisor on major infrastructure projects, capital or operational

  • Project viability assessments, feasibility studies and business cases

  • Project finance structuring & capital raising advisory

  • Commercial and financial analysis and understanding of financial models

  • Procurement strategy / contracting / negotiation support / project and deal management

2.M&A Energy and Renewables Advisory:

  • Subject matter specialist in renewable energy, climate change, resilience and finance

  • Financial model development

  • M&A process management

  • Deal advice from inception to close in the energy and renewables sector

3.Infrastructure Asset Management Advisory:

  • Guide team on the development of infrastructure including deployment and integration

  • Giving guidance on optimising the and better understanding the life cycle of assets

  • Regulatory knowledge of Irish infrastructure sectors

  • Experience in digital asset management including the use of data and analytics, machine learning, BIM, Digital Twins and other asset management tools to assist infrastructure owners.

4.Commercial Advisory:

  • Providing procurement advice inline with public procurement rules

  • Advice on delivery model strategies on various contract types for example, alliance, construction works contracts, joint ventures, operating contracts, Public Private Partnerships.

  • Commercial advice on contracts including for example, payment mechanisms, performance measurements and indicators, compensation regimes, risk sharing mechanisms.

5. Economic Advisory:

  • Economics qualification

  • Advising on business cases including Cost Benefit Analysis, Cost Effectiveness Analysis

  • Applying economic analysis techniques and methods.

  • Distilling complex economics concepts and trends for clients

  • Development of economic models to suit projects and sectors.
