
Executive Assistant (12 months fixed term contract)| Economic and Financial Consulting
We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant with exceptional all-round skills to support the Head of EFC EMEA and Asia. This position is expected to work with limited direction whilst executing discretion and judgment. The role has regular contact with FTI's Board of Directors and Executive Committee and is suited to someone who enjoys a full, challenging and varied day. The position is fast paced and may require overtime as needed, sometimes at short notice.
What You'll Do
• Liaise and work closely with senior members of the department and wider business
• Complex diary management and "gate keeping"
• Ability to anticipate potential problems and coordinate solutions
• Manage the reviewing, prioritisation and response of all correspondence that comes into the Senior Leader's Office
• Regularly liaise with senior clients
• Organise complex and changing travel itineraries
• Preparation of reports, proposals, presentations using Word and PowerPoint
• Manage large internal senior leaders and department wide meetings
• Client administration - maintaining client files, issuing contracts, conflict checks, client billings
• Prepare and collate internal and external documentation, ensuring formatting is in line with company templates and standards
• Manage the workload of a Team Assistant who assists with basic administrative duties
• Events management
Qualifications & Experience
• Track record of partnering with an executive to understand nuances, appropriate protocol and specific preferences, and execute with the level of support required/ expected
• Top level detail, organisational and analytical skills required
• Ability to prioritise workload and deal with multiple parties and requests with little direction
• Ability to work under time pressure and be available as needed
• Ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy with all levels of the organisation
• Strong interpersonal skills required to persuade and build consensus and cooperation
• Strong team player with a can-do attitude and experience of managing a junior team member
• Ability to handle the highest level of confidential issues sensitively
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Work, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Salesforce advantageous
• 5 years working at a Senior Executive Assistant level for a "Head of" or "Business Head"
• Experience with client interface and understanding of client relationships
• Events management and/ or project management experience
• Experience of working with a professional services environment advantageous
