o Preparing content for digital channels (e.g. web, social, directories)
• Proactively identify strategic opportunities and enhance the firm's reputation as a leading adviser, including the review of strategic alliances with industry bodies, industry conference sponsorships and speaking slots
• Encourage greater collaboration between the firm's practice areas through cross-practice marketing initiatives and involvement in firm-wide industry groups
• Own and participate in a range of marketing projects driven through the wider marketing team
• Working with the EMEA marketing team, put appropriate internal processes in place - for example, to support the practice in developing their CRM contact lists to promote better account penetration and marketing management
• Locally deploy a range of marketing projects driven by the wider EMEA Marketing team, tailoring to the FLC market where necessary
• Work with external and in-house designers to produce brochureware and client communications
• Manage the marketing budget and take responsibility for monitoring and reporting/ROI
• Provide recruitment marketing support as needed
• Liaison with the EMEA marketing team (based in London) for advice and assistance (events Research, CRM, internal and external comms for e.g.)
• Support pitch and proposal production where necessary

Qualifications & Experience

• Deliver campaigns and marketing programmes including thought leadership, client communications, PR, events and sponsorships.
• Be able to work effectively and confidently with multiple senior stakeholders (partners and directors) within a complex structure
• Be an excellent influencer and communicator (both written and verbal English)
• Intellectual capacity and curiosity to understand the complexities of the FLC business
• Be able to work independently and to develop ideas and projects without supervision, as well as being effective as part of a team
• Work with external and in-house designers to produce brochure materials and client communications
• Work with the wider marketing team, put processes in place to support practices in developing their CRM contact lists to promote better account penetration and marketing management.
• Identify areas for collaboration between the firm's practice areas through cross-practice marketing initiatives and involvement in EMEA wide initiatives
