Joining a dynamic team of 16 people across EMEA, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator role is pinnacle to driving interview processes forward, adding value to the candidate experience and project managing the end to end recruitment campaign lifecycle. 

Working closely with three established Talent Acquisition Coordinators based in the London office, the ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to managers and candidates during the recruitment process including arranging interviews, advising on recruitment queries, administering testing as well as following up on feedback and updating recruitment trackers.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Arranging interviews, booking interview rooms or video conference details and sending out confirmations.

  • Diary management of recruiters and recruiting line managers within the business for interviews.

  • Communication: Dealing with queries from candidates and employees, line managers, and recruitment partners in a professional and timely manner.

  • Administering assessment tests as required.

  • Assisting the recruitment team with all administration connected with organising and running candidate assessment days.

  • Processing candidate expenses

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience of working in a varied administrative role involving Recruitment

  • Has worked previously in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task

  • IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Working knowledge of a HR management system, ideally Workday

  • Confident communicator with people at all levels

  • Fluency in a second European language (French, German, or Spanish) would be advantageous
