We are seeking an Internal Content Analyst to support our internal content delivery for A&M EMEA. There are a number of content responsibilities that need to be kept up to date across our ever increasing A&M EMEA staff footprint. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting content creation, specifically taking ownership for some activities around our new joiner content creation requirements, but also supporting other content creating roles that exist in A&M.

The ideal candidate will be able to create, and with support both edit and publish certain short-form pieces of content including images. Our messaging needs to be clear, consistent, attract attention, and generate interest across all our staff. Our firm has many different divisions and regions, and this person will work with these groups to leverage content. This role requires the keen ability to multi-task in order to deliver a wide range of content activities. Given this aspect of the role is important to the success of the role you will be a natural business champion who loves working with people and their content – bringing it to life and giving it energy.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field

  • Related work experience in a similar role, possibly as part of an internship or sandwich course placement

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online

  • Good project management skills

  • Able to successfully multi-task

  • Outstanding customer relationship management skills, able to manage expectations, delivery timescales, and agree outputs

Your responsibilities

You will fulfill a wide range of varied content creation activities by interacting directly with A&M stakeholders from all divisions and across all levels. More specifically your responsibilities will include:

  • Work with EMEA leadership team and local marketing personnel to support communication initiatives by creating engaging content and identifying ways to increase market awareness and engagement

  • Oversee new joiner content creation, including image management

  • Contribute to the aggregation, editing, distributing and development of content for the intranet home page and other communication channels

  • Drive engagement across the business, encouraging adoption of content and content platforms

  • Build relationships & partner across other shared services to best support business units in the achievement of their content goals, particularly HR

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties, and coordinate internal resources

  • Identify priorities and manage multiple workstreams coordinating activities across the business ensuring deliverables are in line with due dates

  • Support EMEA & SBU level content repositories (e.g. Photos and Bios), promoting adoption through innovate sharing approaches

  • Investigate and promote new solutions within SharePoint or otherwise, to repurpose content to reach our internal audience

  • Identify internal and external communication solutions and trends and best practices; communicate, sponsor and if approved, promote these to business unit contacts

  • Suggest other channel innovations
