The Telco team sits within the Telecom, Media, Technology and Services Sector. With the support of our Capgemini Engineering colleagues, we foster synergies between the Digital and Engineering worlds to help Network and Communications companies build intelligent products, operations, and services at scale with digital inside everything, digital continuity throughout lifecycles and digital convergence with its ecosystem(s).

Motivated, collaborative and determined, our Management Consultants work in partnership with our customers in Telecoms, Networking and Communication companies to solve their challenges and bring insight, creativity, advice, and strategy on leading technologies and trust us to be able to be hands-on to deliver as well.
No matter the project or customer, your work will have a meaningful impact on society, businesses, and lives. It’s really rewarding. And it’s also really varied. You’ll potentially work on a huge variety of projects (some larger than others), so you could gain lots of experience in a short amount of time.
We are growing and expanding our team of Consultants within our Telco capability and have a number of customers and projects that we are working with. It is an exciting time to join the Invent family! The projects you will work on may be varied but will enable you to build up deep knowledge in your field – whether that be data science, digital marketing, customer transformation or process optimisation.
You will already have some experience in the consulting industry and will be looking to move to an organisation that offers you the opportunity to grow and develop your career.
You will have a deep understanding and knowledge of telecommunications or network organisations, and understand the customer and experience demands, the regulatory complexities and changing dynamics of the industry that they face.
In addition to this knowledge, you will have a strong understanding of one or more of the following capabilities:
• Digital marketing and customer transformation
• Data science, data engineering or AI
• Process optimisation, improvement, or analysis
• Leading in both Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches
• Managing operation transformation/continuous improvement projects or programmes
• Digital Change Management
• Experience of delivering in an Agile / Scaled Agile environment would also be advantageous
• Identification and scoping of business opportunities, backed with sound commercial acumen
• Experience in Telco Transformation is an advantage
