Accenture’s Software and Platforms Strategy & Consulting practice help platforms plan for new growth, build stand-out experiences, get personal at scale, secure trust and keep on getting better with our suite of capabilities and solutions. The Software and Platforms Strategy & Consulting Practice leverage industry expertise and analytics-based insights to advise, design and implement transformational and innovative solutions for our clients.
In this role you will:
- Operate in an autonomous role, owning defined scope and outcomes, making aligned decisions centred in value – all driven by a self-motivated individual.
- Truly understand the needs of software & platform organisations through empathy, understanding and experience – being at the centre of clients, their wants, needs, worries and aspirations to truly promote the human centric mindset in everything you do
- Drive profitable growth by developing market-relevant insights, designing, and implementing new solutions that integrate strategy, technology, people, and process to deliver meaningful outcomes, leveraging Accenture’s four services: Interactive, Strategy & Consulting, Technology and Operations
We are looking for the following profiles and skills:
Experience in Software & Platforms or related industries is desired across all profiles. We are looking for skills and experience in one (or more) of the following areas. The ideal candidate should also have experience or an interest team management and talent development.
- Background in Consulting and/or an understanding/experience working within the Software & Platforms industry
- Experience driving growth in market segments, business consulting or defining and executing business strategy in a relevant industry
- Experience in delivery of projects and programmes with skills focused on, client relationship management, value creation, delivery excellence and risk management
- Understanding of data driven consulting through data literacy, data strategy and storytelling utilising data points.
- A demonstrated interest in industry trends and an ability to develop and bring market relevant points of view to our clients
- Experience or interest in the following growth areas: Marketplace, B2B Software as Service, B2B Sales and Customer Service, Food Delivery/Ride Sharing platforms, virtual reality, augmented reality and the Metaverse
