With the support of our Capgemini Engineering colleagues, we foster synergies between the Digital and Engineering worlds to help Network and Communications companies build intelligent products, operations, and services at scale with digital inside everything, digital continuity throughout lifecycles and digital convergence with its ecosystem(s).

We are looking to hire an experienced Senior Manager based out of our head office (London, Holborn).
The role of Senior Manager is a key role encompassing both entrepreneurial business development/personal sales, with hands-on project delivery/management. This role would suit a technically savvy and commercially minded Telco specialist with good network (fixed and mobile) experience, who enjoys developing great client relationships and understands how to meet clients’ needs with great consulting solutions.
You will have solid experience and contacts in the UK Telco sector, particularly in the network domain and be passionate about leveraging your network and your technical knowledge to meet client’s needs. We are especially keen to have colleagues join our team with a solid track record for driving transformation in UK. This is an exciting chance to drive technology change across the industry through helping client organisations navigate the ever-changing landscape.
All candidates must be able to demonstrate successful business development skills within the professional services industry selling consulting services, and have led and delivered the following types of assignments:
- Network infrastructure transformation (particularly 5G and Fibre related)
- Network planning, design and operational transformations across fixed and/or mobile
- Business case & strategy development with specific focus on the network domain
- Creating lean, agile, and market-leading operating models
- Creating leading edge digital experience for customers and employees
- Develop strategic client relationships, working at the senior levels to sell value adding consulting assignment
- Lead and deliver large scale, complex projects – managing project teams (2-10 people) being actively involved and taking ownership of delivery
- Develop commercially viable consulting market offerings
- DriveGo-To-Market and other specialist teams to develop propositions, develop existing client accounts and build new accounts
- Work within mixed consulting and client teams, planning, managing and delivering work
- As a Senior Manager: you’ll be responsible for consulting sales in excess of £500,000 per annum
Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, be customer-focused and be willing to travel on business. In the majority of cases, assignments will be in the UK and Europe and candidates must have exposure to this geographical area.
