Our European Valuation Services business has offices in London, Paris, Frankfurt, Munich and Amsterdam and we provide a full suite of valuation services in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, private equity portfolios, contentious valuations, complex financial instruments, illiquid securities and financial and tax reporting.
Due to increasing demand and future growth plans, opportunities exist at all levels in our London team for experienced and ambitious valuations professionals.
Responsibilities:
As part of a select and highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to get involved in multiple and complex Valuation engagements whilst collaborating closely with a range of industry leading specialists across different teams
A&M work with a variety of large-cap and mid-cap PE houses, corporate clients and financial institutions providing you with broad industry exposure
Use a variety of tools to conduct extensive data analysis and valuation modelling
Conduct research, synthesize information and develop reports
Contribute to the development of the wider team through the provision of formal and informal training

Tax Valuations
The ideal candidate will have;
Experience in Valuations gained at a Big 4 accounting firm or an independent advisory firm
Experience providing valuation and modelling expertise across a variety of sectors
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Fluent business level English is essential. Additional European language skills such as Dutch, French, Spanish or Italian are advantageous
