An overview of the role:

Partnering with our clients across all industries from Retail to Life Sciences and Telco to Energy & Utilities, to Government to Financial Services, you will be generating new ideas and conceptual frameworks to help solve problems, provide hands on delivery, and create insightful fact-based findings and recommendations, identifying and delivering on-sell or new sales opportunities.

In addition to leading Consulting engagements, you will play a key role in People Development, supporting the growth of our Employee Experience & HR team through sharing knowledge, insights and training on our offerings and methods, especially as it goes through this period of exponential growth over the next 18-24 months.

You will take an active role within our practice, contributing to our vision to become the UK’s leading Employee Experience & HR Advisory practice through co-creating a culture in which every team-mate feels comfortable to bring their whole self to work, empowered to deliver great work, to grow, to be free to innovate and to have fun.

It’s an exciting time to join us as we build our Employee Experience & HR capability – we are looking for Management Consultants who can take the lead in shaping and delivering some of the most exciting HR Transformations in the market and co-creating a market-leading HR practice – evolving our offerings, grow our internal capability and network across our business to generate demand.

In your role you will engage with a range of clients to shape and deliver sustainable business outcomes through a variety of programmes which are designed to help clients rapidly adapt to, and navigate through, complex HR Transformations. Through enabling clients to succeed, you will help Capgemini Invent to maintain its position as the market leader in Digital Transformation consulting.

Why you?

As a Management Consultant in our Workforce and Organisation (W&O) EX and HR practice, you will have a minimum of 6 years of HR consulting experience and will help lead the delivery of HR Transformation engagements for complex organisations as well as actively participate in business development activities. You’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their challenging business issues from strategy to execution.

You will have a breadth of experience in at least one of the following areas: HR Strategy, Employee Experience, HR Operating Model, HR Service Delivery Model, Shared Services, Outsourcing, HR Process design, HR Technology, experience of working with a wide range of people in a commercial environment and practical knowledge of a wide range of HR issues and trends.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Proactively assisting and supporting in the management and leadership of client engagements, while reporting to Senior Managers and above
• Support delivery of large projects by assisting with; developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout and driving conclusions
• Leading one or more workstreams during engagements by managing relationships with the client counterpart(s), managing/delegating work to the team(s) and owning the delivery and sign-off of client deliverables
• Assist with the financial aspects of the engagement/delivery
• Developing project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients
• Using digital technologies to build new capabilities that establish HR as a partner and coach for businesses
• Leading teams supporting HR-enabled workforce experience strategies, including AI ML enabled HR
• Explaining HR’s role in designing and creating the employee experience, together with other areas that affect the complete employee lifecycle process and signature moments in the employee journey
• Conducting HR assessments and making recommendations considering employee experience
• Leading teams in defining and implementing new HR processes enabled by RPA, AI, and ML tools in addition to Workday, SuccessFactors, and Oracle solutions.
