The infrastructure services we provide include:

  • Strategic infrastructure planning

  • Feasibility, business case and investment decision support

  • Procurement and delivery options analysis

  • Commercial, financial and strategic advice

  • Tender process strategy, design and management

  • Preparation of tender documentation

  • Preparing and negotiation of project agreements

  • Program and project management

  • Cost, commercial and contract assurance

  • Operational readiness and performance enhancement

  • Asset management (including long term strategic planning)

  • Portfolio analysis and optimisation

  • Benefits realisation management

  • M&A buy-side and sell-side leadership and advisory

  • Financing, refinancing and restructuring

  • Market-led proposals - strategy, structuring, evaluation and transaction support.

For this role we are looking for a strong candidate to lead up our capital projects and infrastructure asset management service. The ideal candidate will have a background in providing asset management advice on to infrastructure owners in capital intensive industries such as transport, water and energy. The candidate will ideally have an asset management qualification as well as an appropriate tertiary engineering or financial qualification. They will have at least 8 years of experience providing asset management advice in a professional services environment or a similar role.

  • Experience in advising on asset management from an overall business perspective, linking the financial to the engineering and operational elements to enable better decision making.

  • Experience of working with and advising C-suite executives in this area to drive value through asset management.

  • Desirable Asset Management experience includes:

  • Advice on the development of infrastructure including deployment and integration

  • Advice on optimising the and better understanding the life cycle of assets

  • Advice on renewals programmes and lifecycle decisions

  • Experience in developing risk management frameworks for asset management and advising on appropriate risk mechanisms

  • Advice on asset management strategies and plans 

  • Managing asset lifecycle activities.

  • Regulatory knowledge of Irish infrastructure sectors.

  • Experience in digital asset management including the use of data and analytics, machine learning, BIM, Digital Twins and other asset management tools to assist infrastructure owners. 

  • Change management and transformation skills an advantage.

  • A passion for delivering and asset managing infrastructure with purpose.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • A collaborator with strong strategic thinking skills.
