CapGemini Invent are rapidly growing our UK Financial Services Risk and Regulatory team, and are therefore keen to hear from high performing talent at all levels – especially if you have a background in one or more of the financial services, our regulators, or leading consulting firms.

You will likely have experienced:
risk types – including counterparty credit, wholesale credit, retail credit, market and climate
regulatory initiatives – including Basel IV (in particular SA-CCR, FRTB, large exposures, disclosure) and the transition from LIBOR-referencing contracts
sectors – including banking, capital markets and insurance
climate-related financial risks
diversity and inclusion
regulatory reporting and data quality
project and programme methodologies
working in front, middle or back office, technology or analytics / risk quantification teams
the development and sharing of thought leadership
the building of teams
In addition, you will have a strong understanding of:
macro-economic factors impacting the financial services industry today
financial services business opportunities and new product developments
technology innovations – including in applications, data and infrastructure
how social media can be used to promote awareness of our services
vendors and partners we work with (or relationships we could develop)
You may also have:
deep and on-going relationships with senior executives in the industry
experience of running large complex change programmes, with multiple senior stakeholders
experience of providing input to the drafting of new regulations
