The world around us is changing as everything becomes digital and real time and new technologies and regulation continually evolve. Organisations must continue to innovate to manage their risk. Accenture Risk is at the forefront of this, using cutting edge technologies and advanced analytics to advise clients on all aspects of risk from credit risk, to financial crime risk, to Climate Risk.

The UKI Risk practice sits within Accenture’s market leading strategy and consulting business.  Its mission is to keep clients safe, compliant and informed of the existing and emerging risks they face in the delivery of their products and services.  The focus is predominantly though not exclusively on financial services as this has both a dynamic and critically important risk profile having been the subject of wholesale regulatory change in response to both the financial crisis and the increasing digitisation of the industry.

A core aspect of the work we do with our clients is to manage change across the front-line business areas, the risk function itself and also with compliance, operations and technology.  Our change teams understand how new regulations will impact each of these areas and where operating and delivery methods will enable more efficient risk management.  You will quickly get to understand the skills needed to bring together multiple disciplines and stakeholder groups to ensure that an overall solution is delivered that ultimately will make our clients more successful.
