We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Learning & Development Coordinator and help support Learning for our EMEA regions on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Head of L&D for EMEA, you will play a vital role in the People team, immersing yourself in the day-to-day learning offering to our employees and being a first point of contact for all learning queries.

 Key Duties:

  • Overall responsibility for planning, communicating, and delivering the culture and values day for our new starters across EMEA on a monthly basis.  

  • Overall responsibility for the effective running of the Looop platform (LMS platform)

    • Relationship management with vendor

    • Keeping up to date with platform updates and how best to utilise them

    • Ensuring we are efficiently using the functionality to get the best from the platform

    • Work with the learning team to support content build

    • Adding and removing users

    • Liaising with IT for SSO

    • General troubleshooting and communication to users

  • Managing course bookings and dealing with queries, issues and cancellations promptly

  • Tracking and monitoring course attendance and keeping records up to date

  • Daily liaison with both external and internal training partners

  • Acting as a Student Manager for our professional qualifications programme

    • Taking a core role in the day-to-day management of our graduate qualification programme,

    • Calendar creation and management

    • Invoicing

    • Liaison with our training providers and being a point of contact for employees on any queries.

  • Management and ownership of the Learning team EMEA inbox – making sure that the customer service from the team is responsive and personal. Answering all queries pertaining to the learning calendar and offering.

  • Liaising with external trainers, awarding bodies and other suppliers, including registering courses, communicating courses and checking/coordinating invoices with our internal accounts team

  • Work closely with key stakeholders across the People team and the business to ensure the EMEA learning offering is carried out to a high standard

  • Marketing and advertising

    • Create engaging communications

    • Ensure that all communications and adverts for courses are being sent in time for maximum sign up.

Essential Experience:

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

  • Proactive, solutions focused mindset

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

  • A passion for training and development

  • Highley effective communicator who is confident, clear and able to concisely deliver written and verbal messages

  • Ability to build relationships and communicate at all levels

  • Friendly demeanour and professional manner

Desirable:

  • Prior expertise from an HR or L&D position

  • Graphic design, design, or creative background

  • Prior experience in a training/L&D role within a professional services firm

  • Experience working across European jurisdictions

  • Passion for involvement in wider People Team projects
