
Junior Business Analyst (6 – 12 month FTC)
With the growth of the business globally, A&M has a line-up of exciting projects and initiatives that are being implemented and rolled out in 2022. A number of our operational corporate support functions will be driving these initiatives while closely partnering with the business to ensure successful collaboration and consistency across the board. With this in mind, we are looking to recruit a Business Analyst to join the team on a fixed term contract to assist with the successful execution of critical, complex and business driven initiatives
The ideal candidate will be looking for a challenging role in a dynamic, entrepreneurial and evolving environment and will have experience in dealing with tight deadlines, multitasking and the ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of seniority.
Responsibilities:
Be execution focused and able to organize, prioritize and manage multiple stakeholders and overlapping views simultaneously.
Plan and drive execution of initiatives in partnership with internal and cross functional teams.
Gather, validate and document various systems, processes and business needs
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget working closely with our PMO where necessary
Liaise with relevant individuals to document business processes effectively, while continuously maintaining and updating them as they evolve
Leverage subject matter expertise in driving conversations and/or influencing decisions/direction with Business, Technology, and functional partners.
Partner with business leaders to identify needs and establish ways which these can be met
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties, and coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
Identify priorities and manage multiple workstreams coordinating activities across the business ensuring deliverables are tracked in line with due dates.
Identify creative and timely solutions to key challenges while motivating the project teams to complete critical tasks.
Make contributions in the development of Test Plans and Test Scripts, and also perform test execution as required.
Be accountable for driving compliance with firm and group policies and procedures. This includes ensuring accurate reports, project filing and reporting.

Personal Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role or function
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Showcase good analytical and evaluative skills in tasks.
