As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Working directly with PwC Government and Health clients on a regular basis to help create innovative insights and solutions to meet their needs;

  • Working on complex Government and Health projects through the delivery of outputs and deliverables, to engagement objectives, timelines and budgets;

  • Working in teams to build Government and Health client relationships through working confidently with clients and building trusted advisor relationships;

  • Working  with the Government & Health Team and with other PwC Teams to support business development and growth activity and initiatives;

  • Applying Government and Health sector / client knowledge, experience and expertise to projects to produce high quality, value add outputs and deliverables;

  • Building and fostering new relationships with external clients and internal colleagues to assist the firm and yourself in delivering work and supporting new opportunities;

  • Supporting problem-solving through collaboration and teamwork;

  • Integrating data to inform insights by sharing Government and Health sector and market knowledge;

  • Informal mentoring and development of more junior team members and colleagues.

Experience:

  • 3+ years experience in either the Government or Healthcare industry / sector or experience working in professional services (such as Management Consulting) in Government or Healthcare industries / sectors, with experience delivering change / transformation / improvement programmes or projects.

  • Nuanced and insightful understanding and knowledge of Government or Health sector policy / strategy / operational environment.

  • Relevant 3rd level qualification(s).

  • Experience , managing or delivering projects in and / or with large scale organisations.

  • Commercial and business acumen.

  • Excellent personal leadership, managing-self, communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience of working collaboratively teams to drive collective and individual  outcomes.

  • Polished presentation attributes / skills essential.

  • Experience of effective client and stakeholder communication and management.

  • Ideally certified in a recognised industry change methodology e.g. Prince 2, Agile, PMI, Lean Six Sigma, etc.
