Contract/Freelance Editor (remote position)

Our Global Marketing team is expanding and looking to bring on a number of Contract/Freelance Editors to assist on various projects as and when they come about. The role will be fully remote and would require individuals to be skilled in editing articles, bios, social media posts and web pages to ensure clarity, conciseness, reader engagement and adherence to template and brand guidelines. Depending on the individual there may be opportunity to partner on other Marketing projects as well.


  • Couple of years editing experience.

  • Ability to strictly adhere to template/brand guidelines.

  • Familiarity with business writing.

  • Exceptional communication skills—the role entails email communication with senior leadership.

  • Ability to turn work around quickly and effectively.

  • Detail oriented (perfectionists welcome).

  • Familiarity with AP style.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in different stages of the editing process.


  • Experience operating website and social media publishing platforms a plus (e.g., Drupal and Hootsuite).

* Qualified applicants will be asked to take a short editing test.
