A&M Healthcare & Life Sciences team work with clients to:
- Drive revenue and EBITA growth through commercial strategy implementation, direct and indirect channel management, compensation design, pricing and salesforce effectiveness
- Accelerate innovation and product launches through cross-functional process design, commercial and product organizational alignment, R&D investment criteria and facilitating new technology exploration
- Increase profitability through pricing maximization, improving manufacturing and procurement processes, maintaining SG&A cost controls, facilitating restructuring and synergies, and improving product line mix distribution and selling
- Improve cash flow through price and profit maximization, working capital improvement, inventory and supply chain processes, capital expenditure controls, and developing strategies for tax, debt, and shareholder dividend management
- Increase overhead efficiency through shared services alignment and process improvements across Human Resources, Procurement, Finance, IT, and other critical business support functions
- Lead and/or support business transformation as interim senior management, post-merger integration execution, scenario planning, and through organisational and operating model redesign
The Role
Successful candidates will have an interest in the healthcare sector and a strong skill set in finance with particular specialism across Performance Improvement, Restructuring or Value Creation gained at an Advisory firm.

Requirements
- 2 - 7 years experience in a leading Advisory firm, Big 4 firm or recognised strategy firm
- Advisory experience ideally within Performance Improvement, Restructuring or Value creation
- A strong academic record with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, further study such as an MBA would be advantageous
- A well-developed consulting toolkit including how to frame a business issue, judiciously find and use internal and external data to test hypotheses and draw conclusions
- Well developed Excel and PowerPoint skills including how to structure and write PowerPoint & Word presentations and reports
- Well-developed problem-solving skills and financial acumen combined with a deep understanding of key business and operational drivers and a robust understanding of financial and analytical accounting (ratio analysis)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Native or Fluent English is essential and additional European or Arabic language skills are desirable
