Senior Consultant- Intelligent Automation – Glasgow

You will join the Analytics and AI team , where we collaborate with our clients to improve their use of data and enable them to become truly data-driven enterprises. We solve complex industry problems through our expertise in a variety of fields such as Data and AI Strategy, Data Science, Advance Analytics and Intelligent Automation.

Within this role you will utilise your knowledge within AIandProcess Automation to help clients buildIntelligent Automationinto their business across a variety of key operations. You will work across industries and collaboratively with clients to identifyinnovative automation solutionsthat can be applied directly to their specific business challenges.

Your technical experience within Process automation, RPA, ICR, Chatbots, Machine learningand otherAI technologies will also allow you to both develop tailoredautomation strategiesas well as lead in the building of these solutions. Just as importantly, you will use your consulting skills to plan, manage and organise projects, deliver presentations to clients and work to tight deadlines.

You will alsohave the opportunity toincrease your knowledge through our internal training and make use of your existing network to build relationships with potential clients and technology providers.

You’ll have experience in some of the following areas:

• High performing team member in a data and analytics group with a focus in intelligent automation

• A degree in Data Science, Operational Research or a Mathematics related field, including applied experience analysing data and drawing insights from large data sets using Python/R/SQL

• Applying data and automation to address business problems such as:Business process optimisation and effectiveness through Automation & Analytics,Energy Optimisation and Operational Sustainability,Operational Risk & Fraud analytics

• Applying RPA, NLP, workflow solutions to optimise processes, building machine learning models to support augmented and automated decision making

• Exposure and understanding of process mining, modelling, simulation, and process optimisation

It is desired that you have interest/experience in the following areas:

• Data analytics, data visualisation and artificial intelligence

• Project management and Agile methodologies

• Storyboarding and communicating complex insights in a way that is easily understood

• Business analysis, business process modelling, requirements analysis or use case modelling

• Managing relationships with stakeholders
