
Marketing Executive
A&M is seeking a Marketing Executive to support the EMEA marketing team and the delivery of internal and external marketing campaigns. A&M is a growing organisation and we are looking for someone who isn’t afraid of a challenge, is keen and proactive and has a thirst to learn and build their career in marketing and communications.
The Marketing Executive will work closely with other members of the marketing team to develop new campaigns, take them into market and get to grips with our varied capability offerings and audiences.
The role is based in London and as well as being an integral member of the EMEA marketing team you will also coordinate with global marketing colleagues.
This is an exciting and broad-reaching role which will connect with multiple areas of the business and staff at all levels and, as such, demands a flexible and adaptable approach.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Supporting in the delivery of marketing campaigns, with experience of using Salesforce
Creating content for website and social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook) and tracking results in addition to creating audience targeting and setting up paid social.
Producing email campaigns and pulling data for results analysis.
Working with PR agency to help craft campaigns that resonate with the media
Helping to plan and deliver both online and physical events including managing invitations, delegate RSVPs, logistics, the production of event collateral and any other event activities.
Assisting with the production of regular client and internal newsletters: collating and editing content as well as designing and building the newsletters.
Managing the new joiner biography and headshot process for use in marketing and press communications.
Working with internal clients and the marketing team to understand requirements, and the design team to produce collateral, managing the content, design, print and distribution process.
Copywriting and proof-reading internal and external-facing marketing materials.
Managing quarterly reporting for social and web data analytics, press coverage, etc.
Generally, supporting the marketing team, managing merchandising, setting up job numbers, processing invoices, assisting with setting up meetings/internal events.
N.B. The successful candidate will be working in a developing environment, and he/she will therefore be expected to undertake other appropriate duties as required for the effective operation of A&M.
Key Skills:
Digital first – You will have a working knowledge of social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn) and a social management and publishing tool, Pardot or a similar email distribution system, Google tools, SEO, PPC, Salesforce or similar and Microsoft suite.
Multi-platform - You’ll be comfortable briefing in and reporting on a range of activities, from one-off emails to events for 50+ delegates.
Results are key - We are results driven and so every activity we do has an objective or commercial goal that should inform your work.
Stakeholder liaison - You’ll be skilled at working and communicating with stakeholders, helping them understand the goals behind campaigns, setting clear objectives and timelines, managing expectations and taking on board feedback and finding ways to get the information you need
Presenting ideas - You should be comfortable giving your opinion, presenting a campaign idea and ROI to stakeholders.
Excellent organisational skills – We are a hands-on team so you’ll need to be self-motivated and highly organised to work in a fast-paced department. You’ll have the ability to multi-task and manage your time and be able to take on new activities in line with business needs and changes in priorities.
Attention to detail – We pride ourselves on being a centre of excellence so you will need to have the care and attention to get things right and also have good proof-reading skills.
Flexible team member – You will be able to own projects and show flexibility, so work is always completed on time and budget.
Candidate Requirements:
Strong digital skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work on own initiative and take direction
Enthusiasm and energy, a willingness to learn and ‘can do’ approach, able to ask for help when needed. Good people skills and a team player
Degree educated
Couple of years of B2B Marketing Experience, professional services marketing experience desirable
