We are looking for talented candidates to join our Digital Factory team, to help deliver new applications, products, experiences and digital transformations.

Why you?

You’ll bring experience in transforming businesses through technology and transforming the way clients operate.Confident at working in a technology-driven environment (but not necessarily from an IT background or an expert in IT), you will bring proven skills and experience in leading and delivering consultancy projects or workstreams to design and implement new digital applications, platforms, experiences and transformations. You will have acted as an Agile Coach or worked on delivering Agile transformation initiatives, with a passion for innovative thinking and an ability to drive change and to fully understand what is required to undertake a successful Agile Transformation.

Ideally, you will have experience within one or more of the following sectors Financial Services, Utilities, Consumer Products, Retail, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Telecommunication or Media.

As the Product Owner, you’ll:

  • Be trusted to own the vision and influence the team to ensure that the client receives high-impact and value from each iteration.
  • Understand business needs, IT constraints and priorities and be able to make decisions – the backlog is owned by you, and you play a crucial role with your BA to ensure it is correct.
  • As the agile squad is often cross-functional, your client-facing presence is essential – with the ability to communicate clearly at sprint reviews. But you will also have the skills required to step-in and support the BA or Service Designers.
  • Understanding the key principles of DevOps and how it supports the flow of value through the end-to-end pipeline

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in a user-centred product or service development project
  • Your knowledge and understanding of agile delivery
  • A passion for working with cross-functional business and IT teams to deliver business outcomes
  • The ability to make decisions on business priority, working with business analysts to ensure your requirements are known, defined and able to be built and delivered
  • Willingness to help the scrum team, often playing a role as a business analyst, scrum master or service designer if the circumstances dictate it – we believe strongly in a balanced squad model, where our agile delivery team members are multi-skilled
  • Influence and leadership to steer our digital delivery projects, working with our leaders in Capgemini and our clients
  • Ideally we would like to see your commitment to professional development, with relevant agile certifications such as PSPO and / or PSM

As a Managing Consultant: you’ll be responsible for consulting sales in excess of 1 million per annum and have a strong desire to be part of, and contribute to, the growth and success of a top-tier consulting practice, contributing to our offers, knowledge and overall strategic goals.
