You will focus on enabling accelerated change with our clients, helping them to bring change to life through key principles such as co-design and empowerment and using engaging tools and techniques such as Design Thinking to support delivery of agile and sustainable change. This will help our clients to transition to a future-ready organisation, reliant not only on deep and wide technology and process evolution, but also on a high level of engagement and motivation of everyone connected to the business including employees, senior leaders and customers.
You will work with our clients across a varied range of industries from Financial Services, Government, Retail and Consumer Products to Automotive to deliver rapid results and co-create the change elements of transformation together.
We are looking for enthusiastic consultants experienced in the delivery of Change to join our Workforce & Organisation function and you will be part of the Programme and Change Acceleration team delivering successful end to end transformation programmes with our clients.
Consultants in this role will be dynamic in their approach and able to manage change with personality, precision and predictability to help realise measurable, positive business outcomes.
You will focus on the transfer of capability and also contribute to the strategic direction of the Capgemini Invent Change Acceleration team, coaching and developing others as well as applying your skills to business development activity.

This role calls for great communication skills, the ability to facilitate world class training and maintain regular stakeholder engagement are always important, but that’s only part of the story. Change management includes working with leaders, reshaping organisational roles and aligning performance management targets as well as understanding the cultural barriers that could get in the way of transformation.
You’ll bring experience of delivering sustainable change from a range of clients and industries as well as an agile mindset with an understanding of the relevant tools and techniques. You’ll bring an acute sense of market trends and hot topics about the challenges facing our clients in delivering lasting and sustainable change and leverage your insight to advise our clients.
You’ll have a good grounding in some or all of the following areas:
Change strategy: Defining the desired future state of an organisation or function based on the change programme; and designing the change programme itself, including specific initiatives in areas such as definition of essential behaviours, communications strategy, learning strategy and the approach to leveraging analytics and measurement tools and methodologies
Behavioural Change: Defining the desired behaviours from the organisation and putting in place a behavioural measurement and tracking capability
Enablement: Stakeholder analysis; change impact assessment; change measurement and analytics; communications and stakeholder management; training and performance support; focusing on knowledge transfer to the organisation to sustain BAU
Change Tracking: Focus upon the use of data points and analytics; reporting and KPIs to demonstrate benefits realisation associated with Change Management, and calling to action, where needed
Digital Engagement: Confidence in integrating digital tools to communications, learning and analytics; current knowledge and experience of a range of applications to facilitate digital exchange
To be successful you’ll be intellectually strong with an excellent academic background, highly motivated, a self-starter, bringing a proactive, can-do attitude to project delivery, capable of working independently as well as in teams in our collaborative but sometimes demanding project environment. You’ll need to be credible, with the gravitas to engage effectively with C-level / CXOs on a peer to peer basis.
