The focus of your role

You will be working to deliver market leading Data Quality, Data Management & Governance solutions for our Financial Services clients.

What you’ll do

• You’ll lead development, implementation, and management of a data quality and governance at an enterprise or functional level for our financial services clients
• You’ll engage with senior business stakeholders to establish ownership/ accountability, secure funding and commit resources to prioritise data management, resolve data quality issues and meet legal and regulatory requirements
• You’ll identify and analyse problems and issues that may affect successful delivery and adoption of our proposed data and analytics solutions into the business
• You’ll establish, develop and strengthen client relationships at senior management level
• Through a combination of internal partnering, running campaigns, sharing thought leadership, client conversations and leading RFPs, you will contribute to our business development efforts by building market eminence and sales pipeline
• You’ll play a key role in developing the practice through development of new market leading offerings
• You’ll play a key role in people development, supporting the growth of our team through sharing knowledge, insights and training on our offerings and methods
• You’ll take an active role within our practice through co-creating a culture in which every team-mate feels comfortable to bring their whole self to work, empowered to deliver great work, to grow, to be free to innovate and to have fun.

What you’ll bring

• Management consulting experience or Data Office experience preferably in Banking with a proven track record of delivering Data Quality (process, technology, AI), Data Governance (design, implementation) and Data Management projects
• Extensive experience in defining, designing and implementing policies, standards, guidelines, tools, metrics and standards for data quality, governance and management
• Proven experience defining and executing data quality framework using tools and dashboards, and fixing data quality anomalies leveraging AI
• Experience of data lineage, taxonomies, catalogue and metadata management
• Experience with data management / governance technologies, such as Collibra Informatica etc
• As a strategic leader with analytical, problem-solving and programme management skills, you’ll have sold, designed & delivered data strategy engagements
• Exceptional stakeholder management, with experience of being able to influence senior stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner
• Strong business acumen, a high level of financial management capability, and experience of providing key Management Information to support the business.
• You’ll need to be credible and be able to effectively engage with stakeholders from all levels of an organisation, on a peer-to-peer basis. You’ll enjoy managing a team, providing direction, and helping others to develop
• You’ll demonstrate consulting professionalism and flexibility – you’ll be able to adjust positively to situations that involve changing tasks and/or location, shifting priorities or ambiguity
