Our Valuation Services business is a dynamic and fast growing business. Over the last 7 years we have established teams across the USA and in London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Munich and Paris. We are unrestricted by any conflict with audit mandates and the resulting issues caused that are typical in many of our competitors. We are also able to operate cross-border seamlessly.

We provide a full suite of valuation services in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity portfolios, Contentious Valuations,  Complex Financial Instruments, Illiquid Securities and Financial and Tax reporting.  All of our teams are expanding, and we have established A&M as one of the leading providers of Valuation services globally & the no.1 firm to develop a career in Valuations today.

Due to increasing demand, a senior opportunity exists in our established London team and we are looking for highly regarded & experienced valuation professional to join us as a Director. The successful appointee will play a key part in client project delivery, business development and team building.

As part of a select and highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to;

  • Lead and contribute to multiple and complex Valuation engagements
  • Collaborate closely with leading industry figures across A&M practice areas
  • Use a variety of tools to conduct extensive data analysis and valuation modelling
  • Conduct research, synthesize information and develop reports for high profile clients
  • Influence the development of the wider team through the provision of formal & informal training
  • Develop a broad industry exposure by working with a variety of large-cap and mid-cap PE houses, corporate clients and financial institutions

  • Financial Reporting Valuations (IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP, Dutch GAAP)
  • Tax Valuations

The ideal candidate will have;

  • Experience in Valuations gained at a leading advisory firm
  • Well-developed stakeholder management skills including managing key client relationships and expectations
  • Experience providing valuation and modelling expertise across a variety of sectors
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent business level English is essential. Additional language skills are advantageous
  • Ambitious, with a desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial culture
