About UsPwC are looking for Specialists to provide operational delivery support services for our clients to meet their individual business challenges.
We bring together individuals with identified experience, skillsets and a ‘can do attitude’ and build teams to work with our clients on both standalone projects and larger long term programmes.
Our teams are agile and digitally enabled, thus positioning us to deliver in lots of different ways, from varying locations. We can plug gaps for clients, provide team extension services and/ or bring specific skillsets and subject matter expertise to the table to deal with clients’ operational, risk, regulatory, compliance and programme office challenges.
The Role
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to work within our service offering as Specialists. This role will vary depending on client assignments and your individual skills and experience, and may include:
Documentation review and compilation.
Data analysis and validation for accuracy and completeness.
Updating key information on client systems and spreadsheets.
Complaint handling and case investigation.
Following risk management and compliance procedures.
Creating charts, spreadsheets and performing timely reporting to management.
Project support services.
Sharing and collaborating effectively with others, including external clients.
Communicating in a clear, concise and articulate manner - verbally and in written form.
About You
You will have as many of the following skills and experience as possible:
Third level education or equivalent through experience.
1-3 years of work experience in a customer-facing role, with experience gained in financial services organisations a plus.
Previous relevant internships will also be considered.
Able to quickly adapt to a new environment and learn new tools, systems and techniques.
Able to manage time, prioritise tasks and work under tight deadlines.
Able to develop strong working relationships both within their own team and the client environment.
Self-starters and motivated to succeed.
Knowledge of the Microsoft suite of applications.
Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
Desire to work in a busy and demanding work environment.
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
