As part of our global Learning Technology Center of Expertise we specialize in leveraging Human Potential in our client’s organizations. By enabling HR to make the right choice about their Learning Technology Ecosystem drive the talent agenda in the face of digital disruption as well as by providing a state-of-the art learning experience for employees – with our deep expertise in Learning Technology being one of the main levers to achieve this.

In this role you will:

·      A nalyze the client’s business processes, system landscape, and training needs

·      Advise our clients to make the right decision in selecting the appropriate learning solution

·      Design the appropriate Learning Solution to create an engaging learner experience

·      Understand the client’s requirements and design business processes

·      Your goal: Planning, coordinating the implementation and configuration of the learning solution (e.g. Cornerstone OnDemand, SABA,…)

·      Responsible for project management, project preparation as well as project implementation (incl. project controlling)

·      You independently staff the project team and lead the implementation team on site or remotely

·      Responsible for the deliverables within the scope of project tasks in coordination with our client

·      Support our client in the sales process and during the implementation project as a first point of contact

·      Have good interpersonal and communication skills to manage project stakeholders

·      R esponsible for designing and creating proposals for potential clients

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

·      Completed studies in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, HR and Talent Management, Pedagogics or a similar qualification

·      Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experiences gained in a global Learning Technology environment and / or IT Consulting

·      Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing learning solutions

·      Passion for learning and modern learning technologies

·      Ability to thrive an intercultural team and bring clear, strong, and authentic communication

·      Excellent English language skills both written and spoken

·      Flexibility for international travelling
