About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join the EMEA Talent Acquisition team. This role offers real variety with its focus across business segments in EMEA, supporting the exciting growth plans in FTI Germany, France, Spain and Italy.

Our team is focused on driving direct sourcing, attracting diverse candidates and delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. In this role, you will support your business areas in identifying the best talent for current and future roles and, in doing so, you play a pivotal role for FTI Consulting through this exciting period of growth of existing markets and expansion into new geographies. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with proven, hands-on recruitment experience who enjoys taking full ownership of the recruitment process and developing strong relationships with their hiring managers. A genuine curiosity for how talent acquisition varies in different countries as well as a genuine desire to partner with your stakeholders to identify the best talent for their businesses is key to your success.

What you'll do
  • Work closely with hiring managers globally in a fast-paced recruiting organization to understand their business, their competitors and key talent in the market
  • Develop a direct sourcing focused recruitment approach for current hiring needs as well as future and opportunistic needs
  • Identify, source and screen top talent for FTI Consulting's experienced hire requisitions
  • Managing the end to end recruitment process and ensuring that it progresses in a timely manner with candidate and stakeholder informed at all stages
  • Share insights gained from candidate discussions on our markets, challenges and opportunities relating to recruitment with stakeholders
  • Driving referrals, networking, sharing FTI stories via Linked In, advising hiring managers on how to use their networks to generate candidates
  • Maintain and update submitted candidates in applicant tracking system/CRM
  • Extend and negotiate offers

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4 years' experience in full life cycle recruiting
  • Experience utilizing CRM/ATS systems
  • Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint

Preferred Skills
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals, talent communities and other methods for direct sourcing
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Prior recruiting experience within professional services, specifically Management Consulting is beneficial
  • Experience with Taleo or other applicant tracking systems/CRM tools
  • Ability to provide accurate, consistent, and efficient service under the pressure of competing deadlines
  • Exceptional customer service focus with persistent attention to detail
  • Fluency in any of the following languages could be beneficial in our EMEA Talent Acquisition team: French, Spanish, German, Italian
  • Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems
