About the Role

FTI Consulting is looking for an Experienced Hire, Lead Diversity Recruiter to direct and take FTI's Diversity and Inclusion recruiting initiatives to the next level. We are looking for someone with proven diversity recruiting experience who can partner with internal stakeholders at all levels, external organizations and the experienced hire recruiting team. In addition to identifying and sourcing diverse candidates for FTI Consulting, you will have the opportunity to develop and drive programs dedicated to ensuring the continuous improvement of diversity focused initiatives at FTI Consulting.

What You'll Do

• Attract and funnel diverse talent through the recruiting process at FTI via direct sourcing, networks, developing programs etc.

• Own and execute experienced hire diversity programs (Diverse Professionals Rotational Program) including event planning, sourcing candidates, acting as a point of contact for candidates as they navigate the program

• Planning and executing experienced hire diversity recruitment events and programs internally and externally

• Identifying and managing relationships with Diversity & Inclusion conferences, professional organizations, and other events that engage diverse talent

• Identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized diversity recruiting strategies

• Partner across Talent Acquisition, business unit directors and the Global HR team to collaboratively work towards our collective D&I goals

• Leveraging multiple channels and social media technology in diversity recruitment campaigns

• Serve as knowledgeable, trusted advisor to our recruiters, hiring managers and business directors

• Develop toolkits and best practices to equip our recruiting organization with tools and resources aimed at increasing diverse candidates in our pipelines

How You'll Grow

The Experienced Hire, Lead Diversity Recruiter will be a member of our EMEA Talent Acquisition team and play an integral role in continuing to develop and enhancing our experienced hire diversity recruiting efforts at FTI. This position will have the ability to leverage their skills and experience to be innovative and creative

Desired Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree

• 4 years of diversity recruiting experience

• Current knowledge and understanding of Diversity & Inclusion best practices including effective approaches to attraction, recruitment, selection and engagement

• Extensive experience planning recruiting events internally and externally

• Comfortable managing through ambiguity to define clear road maps, recommendations, plans and processes

• Experience defining and tracking success on program initiatives

• Capable of creating and communicating a clear project plan and keeping stakeholders informed

• Experience with project management

• Excellent communicator and collaborator, with the ability to build relationships, manage stakeholder expectations, and influence employees across all levels

• Candidate should possess strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategy

• Strong project management skills

• Travel required to FTI offices(s) and events
