Responsible for:

  • Leading the Consulting bid management team, focusing on priority pursuits

  • Providing end to end opportunity support for approved opportunities including:

    • Account planning and facilitation 

    • End to end proposal management (target, workshops, bid forums, proposal management, pitches, post decision reviews and negotiation)

    • Value proposition development 

    • Compliance and challenge reviews

  • Levering and connecting opportunity teams to the global firm network

  • Owning and developing team operations 

  • Supporting the Consulting Teams in the identification of potential Business Development opportunities

  • Manage Consulting training related to ‘Pursuit’ (the PwC framework for business development) and other Business Development practices

  • Salesforce interaction and management

Knowledge / Skills Required/Developed:

  • Undergraduate degree in BA/BSc, or equivalent

  • Experience managing RfPs / bids / Opportunities end to end - both public and private sector

  • Ability to challenge high-level stakeholders on their opportunities

  • Project Management Skills and stakeholder management skills - proposal management plan, communications / engagement of opportunity team

  • Proficient communication, writing and presentation skills 

Nice to haves:

  • Proficient in understanding of CRM opportunity management (Salesforce)

  • Experience in Business Development and Go to Market

  • Knowledge of the go / no-go process for qualifying opportunities

  • Experience with Design Thinking considered an asset

  • Experience coaching executive level teams through pitch presentations
