Get The Future You Want
You will be working to help our Financial Services clients achieve enhanced operational resilience, responding to both the changing threats within the market and to address the new mandate from the supervisory bodies for both the March 2022 and 2025 milestones, all to help our clients effectively manage the provision of their Business services to their customers and clients
You will bring experience of working within operational resilience projects within Financial services and have one or more skillsets in:
1. Programme and project delivery
2. Business service and operational analysis, design and change
3. Data analytics, cleansing and engineering
4. Management information and tool development
5. Business continuity and operational resilience testing
6. Third-party risk management
7. Resilience technical remediation (within the Enterprise, Platform and Data architecture)

Collaboration and Innovation:
We really believe in creating a partnership with our customers. Using our Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE), you’ll get to know the customer’s needs and challenges, demo innovative solutions and quickly solve problems. It’ll help you discover unexpected answers together.
• You will lead shaping and delivering Operational Resilience transformation activities working collaboratively with our Financial services clients
• This will involve a range of activities ranging from: Conducting operational resilience programme assurance reviews; Running multi-workstream programmes; Business service and process mapping and modelling; Data and IT architecture mapping and modelling; Management information dashboard and portal development; Business continuity and resilience test strategy, planning and execution; Reviewing, assessing and managing third party risk frameworks, governance and processes; and/or Technical resilience root cause analysis and remediation and engineering activities.
• You will manage day-to-day client relationships regarding the delivery of your programmes and represent our innovation and diversity led culture and ethos
• You will contribute to internal partnering, running campaigns, sharing thought leadership, client conversations and leading RFPs, you will contribute to our business development efforts by building market eminence and sales pipeline
• You will contribute to developing the Financial Services practice through producing new market leading offerings
• You will play a key role in people development, supporting the growth of our Financial Services team through sharing knowledge, insights and training on our offerings and methods
• You will take an active role within our practice through co-creating a culture in which every team-mate feels comfortable to bring their whole self to work, empowered to deliver great work, to grow, to be free to innovate and to have fun.
• Management consulting experience with strong experience in delivering operational resilience projects within Banks or Insurers
• Strong stakeholder management, with experience of being able to influence senior stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner
• You will be need to be credible and able to effectively engage with stakeholders within Capgemini and within client organisations.
• You will enjoy working within, or managing, a collaborative team
• You will demonstrate consulting professionalism and flexibility – you will be able to adjust positively to situations that involve changing tasks and/or location, shifting priorities or ambiguity
