Marketing Executive/Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager of Marketing Operations, within Panoptic Marketing, an arm of Panoptic Consultancy Group.

The Group is growing at an incredible rate and now we need an established, experienced leader to steer the Marketing division and existing team members forward and oversee our client marketing management activity.

Key areas of responsibility

• Working with the Board of Directors to deliver cost efficient solutions for the Group and the Clients whose social media we manage.
• Participating in the setting of the new business targets.
• Developing a new business strategy and reporting at Board level.
• Raising awareness of successes and developing the awareness of the wider business.
• Managing all aspects of the new business strategy; lead generation, pipeline progression, through to sales.
• Research/business intelligence marketing to deliver participation, lead generation and sales targets.
• Deliver consistent lead generation and utilise effective techniques to achieve new business.
• Curation of monthly newsletter.
• Developing product launch campaigns.
• Assist in production of press releases.
• Assist in creation and implementation of digital marketing strategy.
• Supporting clients in maximizing organic growth.
• Creating engaging strategies for case studies.
• Working with the team to achieve the vision of the Directors.
• Construction and execution of website landing pages, showreels, event presentations, and other strategic content.
• Developing yourself and the team by enrolling in relevant training.

Role requirements

As Manager of Marketing Operations, you’ll have the following:

• 5+ years’ experience in an established marketing environment.
• Initiative.
• Marketing Degree (desirable).
• Results driven attitude.
• Expertise within the digital sector.
• A good track record in Lead Generation through to sales.
• Experience managing a team.
• Dedication to the role and enthusiasm for growing the business.
