IT Service Desk Analyst (6 month Fixed Term Contract)

Alvarez and Marsal is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to work alongside the wider IT Service Desk team based in the London office on an initial 6-month basis.

You will be primarily working on setting up laptops that are imaged using SCCM as well providing onsite technical support as well as email, telephone, and remote support.

You will also be required to provide diagnosis, resolution or escalation of technical issues to other service desk engineering and/or application development groups using our internal incident management system.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Mainly responsible for the configuration of new laptops and asset management.

  • Provide technical user support, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with hardware, software.

  • IMAC activity (Install, Move, Add and Change) as required.

  • Mobile device management using the provided security applications.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with Window 10 and Office 365.

  • A good understand of Apple and Android mobile devices and operating systems.

  • Being an all-round team player, people’s person and taking ownership of work through to closure.

  • Effective communication skills - written and verbal.

  • Candidate needs to be proactive, flexible and take pride in providing high level customer service.

  • A quick learner as training on different systems and application will be provided.
