A&M’s Global Transaction Advisory Group (“TAG”) is the largest transaction advisory practice outside the Big 4 audit firms. Our award-winning practice includes over 550 professionals in 25 offices across the U.S., Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific. We are an established and highly active Transaction Advisory practice conducting financial due diligence assignments for premium clients on high profile deals, large and mid-cap private equity, fast growth premium small cap deals, multinational corporates and LBO’s. We are completely free from audit conflicts.

Over the last 15 years our Global Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) has established teams in London, Amsterdam, Munich, Frankfurt, Stockholm, Paris, Zurich, Geneva, Birmingham and Madrid. TAG have a unique delivery model that enables junior members of the team to gain extensive exposure to Managing Directors and Senior Directors across our different offices thus empowering individuals to fast track their careers and development.

We are now looking to expand our team in London with ambitious French speaking Analysts who would like to work within an international environment. As well as being fully supported through the ACCA program, successful applicants will be able to take advantage of our flexible mobility program and move internally within our European Region on a temporary or permanent basis due to our collaborative cross-border approach. 


  • As part of a highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to work on multiple and varied financial due diligence engagements, working closely with our European deal team leaders

  • Our financial due diligence assignments involve a thorough and in-depth analysis and evaluation of a company's financial management and A&M work with a variety of large-cap and mid-cap PE houses, corporate clients and financial institutions providing you with broad industry exposure.

  • You will benefit from formal training in addition to ‘on the job’ learning and development

  • You will have the opportunity to develop commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills

  • You will gain exposure to the key drivers and valuation considerations which drive a transaction

  • Our Transaction Advisory team can work alongside operational and commercial professionals enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence and wider deal process

Essential experience:

  • Strong educational background including a strong focus on Finance and / or Mathematics

  • Experience (including via internships) of Big Four Firms / Mergers & Acquisitions / Private Equity is advantageous

  • Fluent business level English and French is essential. Additional European language skills including Dutch, German, Swedish, Italian or Spanish are highly desirable
