We are looking to recruit a Partner Assistant to join our dynamic and fast-paced Consulting team within the Advisory practice.The successful candidate will have at least 4 years’ PA experience in a large-scale corporate environment with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels, remaining flexible, proactive and efficient with a high level of professionalism.
Whilst the role involves Partner support, you will also be supporting the wider PA Team, to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Consulting practice.
Scope/Overall Summary of Role:
Prioritising, multi-tasking and maintaining a high level of confidentiality on all matters is essential. The role requires a high-quality professional support service with a key focus on the customer, relationship management and the ability to deal with senior stakeholders within the firm. Teamwork is essential.
Specific Areas of Responsibility:
Complex and extensive diary management and meeting coordination
Preparation of agendas, taking minutes and actioning items for follow-up
Producing brand compliant proposals, presentations and report documentation using Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
Booking and preparing conference rooms for staff and external visitors
Coordinating travel/accommodation arrangements, liaising with our internal travel office and developing detailed itineraries
Organising and coordinating internal and external group events
Managing telephone calls when working in the office, using initiative to identify alternative contacts where required
General administrative duties e.g. filing emails, expense processing, purchase orders, time transfers
Other:
Other administration, as required, including providing ongoing support for other PAs, where necessary. Assist with general ad-hoc projects as and when required.
Experience / Skills:
4+ years’ relevant experience in a similar professional environment
Advanced working knowledge of Google suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Knowledge of Salesforce desirable but not essential
Excellent communication skills including telephone technique
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritise, to manage own work flow and to use initiative
Resilience - ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and standard of work
Team player – ability to engage with the team and to provide support/flexibility
Excellent Interpersonal/Communication Skills
