As a Utilities Consulting Manager - Finance Business Planning, you will:

  • Work alongside our clients, understanding their problems and bringing your digital twin expertise to guide them through to financial success and fundamental business performance transformation
  • Use your innovative problem-solving skills to share the right solutions for our clients
  • Empower our Clients to have visibility over complex assets, systems, people and processes to enable efficiency through the integration and unification of data
  • Guiding our Clients through the journey to transform real-time, real-world data into meaningful visual models
  • Have a deep analytical capability to be a data driven consultant
  • Recommend and use the best in innovative technologies to answer our Clients questions
  • Project manage and support your teams to achieve shared successes
  • Leverage your relationship and stakeholder management skills to collaboratively accomplish team objectives
  • Communicate with excellence (written, conversational and presentation delivery)

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Relevant industry experience in financial or business performance modelling with expertise in transforming analytical insight into business performance drivers into digital twins
  • Digital twin operational applications (e.g. CAD models, GIS data, IoT data) and how they can work together automatically to deliver tangible value
  • Finance systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and the business performance levers critical to success
  • Identifying opportunities for revenue generation and process optimisation through the use of digital twin
  • Utilising digital twin technology to; design, monitor, analyse and simulate performance as well as using the tool to predict, test and develop new processes/capabilities
  • Collaborating with technical and functional stakeholders to achieve operational excellence together and translate analytics insight into tangible action and management decisions
  • Understanding the UK regulatory environment, in particular regulatory reporting standards (e.g. RIGs for distribution networks)
  • Supporting teams both from a project delivery and personal development perspective
  • Delivery methods such as Agile, Lean, and Design Thinking
  • Project management achieving success in high complexity projects through on time delivery and Client satisfaction
  • Proven history of successful implementation of digital twin technologies and driver based performance models
