The P&O team works with clients to achieve faster, stronger and sustained change by complementing their own management capabilities with our people experts.
We work across multiple industries and often in collaboration with wider consulting teams - so you’ll gain a tremendous depth of expertise in the breadth and depth of our service offerings.

As a Senior Manager it will be your role to add value to our clients by helping them address complex organisational and people challenges through transformation, organisation design and change management solutions while achieving sustainable results and demonstrating real impact. You will lead teams to ensure on time, on budget delivery and achievement of outcomes. You will be an expert and a go-to-person for one or more key P&O capabilities, while working with the leadership team to enhance value propositions and support managing key accounts through client engagement and account planning activities. You will have a strong point of view on people trends and their impact on organisations. In addition, you will have experience of successfully shaping compelling proposals for clients, architecting and then leading delivery across the end to end project lifecycle from strategy to execution.

Education / Professional Qualifications:

  • A recognised University Degree or equivalent, preferably in HRM, Psychology or a business discipline

Experience Required:

  • In-depth knowledge of at least one of the following capabilities: Learning and Development, Organisational Change, Organisation Design, HR Transformation, Diversity and Inclusion, Strategic Workforce Planning, Culture Change

  • Client facing or internal consulting experience

  • Experience in managing projects from generation to completion

  • Experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members

  • HR Practitioner experience an advantage

Skills:

  • An ability to work effectively under pressure

  • Strong analytical and report-writing skills

  • An ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams

  • A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and G Suite proficiency
