As a Fiber / Backhaul Consultant, you will bring:

  • Plan, build, launch and operate network and platforms skills in order to streamline operations, minimize time to market, and reduce costs

  • Understanding of the Design and implementation of processes at service providers

  • Cognizant of approaches to evaluate processes, technologies and operating models to provide insights to optimize network project, setting up and deployment

  • Familiarity working with different teams and geographies

  • Strong Client relationship management at various stakeholder levels.

  • Lead support and development of change management plan of the network construction processes

  • Planning of the construction of the passive infrastructure of Wide Area Network

  • Monitoring and Reporting both from technical and economical point of view

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Fiber/Copper/Cable Network Architecture and xTTH technologies

  • Transport architecture ( SDH, MPLS, IP, DWDM, x-PON) 5G/4G/3G/2G, access Network Architecture with focus on 5G FrontHaul, MidHaul AU/RU, DU, CU

  • Standards and framework (3GPP, 5G, LTE, ETSI, 5GAA, 5GMF, ITU)

  • Radio protocols (e.g. SDAP, NR-RRC, NR-PDCP) and parameters characteristics (e.g.  Modulation type, multiplexing, frame duration), mobile edge compute, CIPRI, cross haul, network slicing, massive MIMO, adaptive beamforming

  • E2E  program management

  • Fiber and Mobile Access Network Design (Higl Level, Low level)

  • Fiber and Mobile Access Network  E2E Build (e.g. Vendor Management), document production

  • Command Center sizing and operating model definition

  • O-RAN (e.g. Altiostar, Parallel Wireless), SON architectures

  • Network Deployment - Architecture / Planning / Deployment/Analytics

  • Operations - Activation / Fulfilment / Field Installation/Artificial Intelligence/Machine learning/Robotic process automation

  • Digitization of Network - Next Gen services / Digital Transformation/Network Virtualisation
