In our team you will learn to:

  • Project and programme Management: Experience in creating, implementing, and operating within appropriate governance framework, working closely with the Accountable Executives and Programme Managers.
  • Shaping, leading, and controlling the delivery of complex, high risk and/or cross functional programmes, with pragmatic application of programme management methodologies, use of a clearly defined delivery roadmap and robust financial and risk management.
  • Engage with and manage senior Client stakeholders (C-Level) in both technology and business space and clearly communicate programme performance.
  • Lead conversations with senior finance stakeholders to understand as-is environment and advise on strategic and tactical roadmap with suitable solutions
  • Develop and utilise functional knowledge to be able to make implementation-oriented recommendations.
  • Develop and manage diverse and dispersed teams through effective leadership and coaching.
  • Contribute to developing the Accenture Strategy and Consulting Finance practice and building Accenture’s banking offerings, assets, capabilities, and thought leadership.

As a Consultant (SAP Specialist) within CFO-EV, you will have:

  • Strong experience in Finance – including experience in core finance processes, including as order-to-cash, record-to-report and related technologies and frameworks
  • Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience leading diverse teams in complex strategy and consulting engagements, delivering high-quality output in short timeframes.
  • Experience in designing and implementing of Business Process Management capabilities for Finance Processes - Process Strategy, Process Design, Process Monitoring (KPI Design / Reporting) Process Transformation (through systems) and Continuous Improvement
  • Consulting experience or ability to work in a consulting environment

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Excellent senior stakeholder relationship building and influencing skills
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of finance business processes and accounting practices
  • Understanding of emerging finance technology trends (Big Data, API, AΙ, Cloud etc) and impact the finance operating model.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to approach a problem in a structured manner and propose workable solutions.
  • Ability to absorb and process information quickly.

  • Mastery of excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, with excellent leadership skills
  • Proven history of hands-on delivery in major finance transformation programmes and success in contributing within a team environment
