As a team:

Accenture’s UK Capital Markets business has set Business Restructuring as a key priority offering in 2021, in recognition of the growing client demand and market focus on Business Restructuring, New Business Models, Private Equity Driven Deals and Sustainable Investing.

As banks are dealing with the enormity of a transformational 2020, including closing out the final pieces of their Brexit programmes, we’re seeing the industry focus shift to other aspects of Business Restructuring. To stay relevant, banks need the ability to align and prioritise their restructuring activities across Business Model changes, Operating Model changes and Legal Entity Optimisation. We support our capital markets clients to develop the strength and agility to facilitate these business strategies by transforming business and technology. The sheer scale of our capabilities and client engagements and the way we collaborate with the ecosystem, operate and deliver value provides an unparalleled opportunity to grow and advance.

Accenture’s Business Restructuring offering brings together a global network of highly skilled restructuring practitioners and management consultants.
