Since its inception in March 2018, our Reward & Employment team has continued to grow and has had the opportunity to work with some interesting clients along the way.  The team are now looking to further build on their Rewards expertise and looking to bring on a new Manager.  The ideal candidate will have experience working in transactions and will be bright, diligent, action-orientated, and hands-on.  The team is currently spread across London and Glasgow and has developed into a close knit and supportive group who are committed to delivering exceptional client services.

The team advises a wide range of clients on all aspects of employee remuneration from a tax perspective.  Our Reward team works with clients to assist in a number of areas such as:

  • designing and implementing share and cash-based management incentive plans,

  • advising on management structuring on M&A and restructuring transactions including carried interest arrangements,

  • due diligence on transactions,

  • assisting clients with compliance and reporting requirements,

  • undertaking employee communications,

  • advising on cross boarder issues relating to share based remuneration

Coming into the team, your role will be varied and key responsibilities will include identifying and winning new work opportunities, networking with the wider A&M business, delivery of work to high standard, meeting tight deadlines and investing time in developing junior members of the team.  In return, we can offer the right individual the opportunity to work with great clients and develop their experience in a wide range of areas with the potential for exciting career progression.
