About the Role

We provide our clients with a comprehensive view of strategic communications that leverages our integrated suite of services, including financial communications, corporate reputation, transaction communications and public affairs in all the major markets around the world.

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our specialist team of crisis practitioners. Our team helps clients respond to a wide range of issues and incidents, across all sectors. We look at reputation in the round, considering the impact of the crisis or risk on our client and the stakeholders that are likely to be interested or need to be engaged. Our Crisis service offering is reflective of how we work beyond just communications, across sectors, services and geographies.

What You'll Do

  • Focus on crisis preparedness and response.
  • Being part of supporting clients with live issues; requiring flexibility and an inquisitive mind.
  • Supporting on building out strategies - learning to look at reputation in the round.
  • Working with clients on developing their crisis preparedness; writing plans and delivering workshops.
  • Supporting on research for thought leadership and setting up of events.

How You'll Grow

  • Will be part of a growing service offering.
  • Be engaged in all aspects of setting up and running a service offering.
  • Developing specialist skills as a crisis and issues communications consultant.
  • Also involved in business development, marketing and all areas of understanding running a practice including good financial management and working with our graduate programme to nurture and develop our pipeline of talent.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree
  • 2-3 years in corporate comms role
  • Preferably a focus on crisis comms.
  • This role requires travel to clients and FTI offices
