The role
Following another hugely successful year, we are expanding our Transformation team and looking for operations, manufacturing and engineering professionals to join the team in London. Supported by the European team, you will assist in performance improvement initiatives, covering both short and longer term transformational delivery. You will reflect the operational distinctiveness that is A&M; a business savvy, solution-focused business entrepreneur who is determined to make a difference and not afraid to challenge the status-quo. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in pitch preparation and pitches
- Navigate a P&L and identify trends and red flags
- Identify resource needs and milestones to accomplish assigned work by deadlines
- Demonstrate sound judgement, knows when to cross check important decisions
- Build lasting relationships with client management & staff, other professionals on case
- Build models based on financial and/or operational data and as such have excellent knowledge of Excel (to analyse the data) and PowerPoint (to present the analyses)
- Present your work convincingly to the senior members of the A&M team as well as to a client
- Begin building own network of contacts/referral sources with professionals/institutions
- Demonstrate integrity, responsibility, and understands A&M cultural values
The Candidate
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to use your prior experience in operations and manufacturing, outstanding financial background and problem solving skills to become an integral part of our successful ‘hands-on’ team. As a valued member of the A&M pan-European CTS team based in London, you will be working on high-impact cross border projects. To be considered you will have:
- Bachelor or Masters degree from a leading university or business school
- 3-6 years experience in Operations, Manufacturing and/or Engineering
- Solid knowledge of data analysis and financial modelling
- Excellent written and presentation skills
- Autonomy – A&M is an entrepreneurial business going through high growth

- Ability to find the right balance between fast analysis and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise – especially in highly pressured situations
