The P&O team works with clients to achieve faster, stronger and sustained change by complementing their own management capabilities with our people experts. Specifically, the key competencies within P&O are handling organisational change (including organisation design and change management), talent management (including strategic workforce planning and diversity & inclusion), people performance (including human capital analytics, reward and culture change), HR Transformation (including HR Technology) and Executive Search. We work across multiple industries and often in collaboration with wider consulting teams - so you’ll gain a tremendous depth of expertise in the breadth and depth of our service offerings.
The role of the Senior Associate is to ‘think beyond’ to participate in and support programmes that solve important client problems. PwC has heavily invested in digital technology and tools to enable you to deliver outstanding solutions as you;
- Deliver projects in line with engagement objectives, timelines and budget
- Collaborate as an effective team member during an engagement by communicating relevant issues, requesting feedback and coaching junior team members
- Collaborate with clients to obtain relevant data and information; critically analysing, and gaining insight from, this data
- Research and resolve queries from clients or other team members
- Prepare formal client artefacts, reports and presentations to senior manager/director/partner review stage
- Contribute to proposals for new and follow-on engagements as required
- Create practical thought leadership articles and publications
- Support business development initiatives
- Participate in practice development activities within P&O and Consulting
Education / Professional Qualifications:
- A recognised University Degree or equivalent, preferably in HRM or business field;
Experience Required:
- 2-3 years HR Consulting or Transformation experience - specifically in the following areas (Organisational Change, Organisation Design, Talent & People, Performance, HR Transformation)
- HR Practitioner experience is an advantage
- General consulting experience and advantage (internal or client-facing)

- Industry Knowledge: Curious, learns and applies knowledge and thought leadership in respect of a wide range of HRM disciplines and other People & Organisation domain areas.
- Business development: Proactively contributes to building relationships with clients through project delivery and developing their own networks.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of business environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, we use Google G-Suite so if you have experience with these tools, great, if not we’ll help you learn.
- Proven organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Client service and intellectual curiosity
- Willingness to travel
